People who have passion for finance

During last 5 year I was working with finance and it seems to be nothing much that finance people around of me, from different organization, different cities and from different countries.
But just in Estonia I realized how it’s important to have a professional people around of you, who have passion and want to improve something!
I’m really happy that I had first finance team in Ukraine, 12 people from different cities were working together during year and now we have 12 very strong successors!

And I’m joy for Kristina, because she can continue developing finance in Ukraine!!! She’s a smart and interesting girl, who doesn’t be afraid take responsibilities and to be leader for strong team.

At the same time my new finance team in Estonia was waiting me :)
Its 2 brightly individuals Mati and Maarja who have a passion for finance and they want to learn lot of new things, to create new tools and to do finance better! Finance in AIESEC Estonia has a hight level, but people try to bring to perfection, it's a very nice!
Finance Rock your socks off! It has been created be my VPs :)

For that I should say thank you to my successor and predecessor Kristinas :)
For nice job together, continuity, responsibilities, passion fro finance and friendship! :)

I’m Ukrainian and Estonian girl….. :)

The last month is longer than other time….
I had a lot of visits, trips and meetings…. I think I’m quite tired, but something gives me new power and energy for work. I’m smile and rejoice!!!
I visited my LCs as MC member, I prepared for transition with my successor Khristy as a current Finance Director and I learned a lot about finance in Estonia as VP Finance elect. My predecessor Kristina in Estonia has the same situation and it gave us a lot of point to connection.
When I was in Ukraine I thought about my teammates in Estonia and communicated with them, when I was in Estonia I was missing about my team in Kiev, our office etc. I realized I was living between countries, between teams and I need time to re-form…

But I know exactly its interesting filling! Time then you can break your stereotype and do something new.
I love this game :)

Spring has been finishing

This spring was one is the more active time in my life; it was one is the more emotional time in my life and it was one of the significant time in my life!!!

When spring just was starting I realized that I want to continue my AIESEC career. In March I filled in application forms. This process gave new ideas and knowledge; vision and opportunity to discover deeply themselves.
I was founding out information about AIESEC in some countries it’s a great that we have one organization, but we’re not the same in different places!!! :)
During my thought I haven’t notice when our new team came to us!!! And we were starting transition, spring Co preparation etc…

This springCo was different than previous for me…. Of course it’s normal. We plaid new roll, roll people who transmit knowledge, who to do transition and deliver a message for new team! This continuity is really important; some times it’s not easy to carry work to its conclusion, but we can see our result!
One of the memorable times at conference was award ceremony. I prepared a long time before, truly I haven’t plume it, but people were happy to be awarded it’s more important; they were elation, happy and felt motivation.

In this time I had election process in Estonia! And after interview between session at SpringCp and case sturdy I received message from Marjam: “hey, Inna! You can find information about selection result in your mail”.
How do you think what I decided? Of course I thought I wasn’t elect. I was failed, but I decided to check mail. Thank you to Max Nemesh who helped me to read this information. I told him that I wasn’t elected, but I asked him to read my mail, and he was starting laugh at me. I couldn’t believe in this.
It’s a great example when people misapprehend the same information! :)

So, I was coming at home with surprise for my parents and friends. Of course they were happy for me. In the same time boyfriend’ of my sister made a proposal of marriage. She’s getting marriage in July. :) I’m really happy for my sister that she met her love!

I'm ALUMNI....

How was it?

I came to Sevastopol especially for legislation (election). I was happy to see my lovely city and MGU, where we started @ Sevastopol.
But when I saw @ers with bright eyes I was existed also. Anechka was a chair!!! And she said we usually pour out water. I didn’t expect it.
But it was funny. I felt excited and inspire.

It’s one of the life principles!
I wasn’t able to ask candidate in turn, only after all full members. But they wrote motions about me and I had privileges to get last question. :)

VP Announcement!

We finished our elections in Flat, where we had party also! :)
I hope you can imagine quite small flat and announcements happened in bathroom :) when many people staied one lined the corridor and made picture about history in LC Sevastopol.

Elect EB 07 – 08 there are very strong people with deep organization understanding and with AIESEC passion. I hope they’ll show the best result also.
LCP elect Julia was working in my first OC. We had different conversation with her. She was developing during her AIESEC experience. I hope she’ll be nice leader and she can manage her EB, which consist on TOP -Talents. I also had nice conversation with current and elect VP Fs. I’m proud that finance area AIESEC Sevastopol has nice people. Who are passion and responsible about it and responsible.

When I became alumni I understood why it’s important role. You are Role Model for people who sit in LC and dream. They should show how people can develop what they learnt from @ experience. What it gave them and how changed their life.
I believe this motivation for people and a visible experience.
We have a lot of very successful examples during our life in AIESEC.
Alumni should be this example. We do indirect impact!!!!
I’m proud of to be ALUMNI AIESEC in SEVASTOPOL!!!!

New Year 2007

Everybody looks forward New Year, because we have a habit to think that next year will be better! And we always make wishes in New Year night.
I always try to spend this night more interesting and manifold, but this New Year was special I decided to spend with it my family. Life in Kiev gave me new feelings for my parents and I understood how I love them.
It was one of the most amazing and unforgettable New Year in my life. We relaxed in a nice valley in the mountains. Our family with friends, children and their friends, around 40 people, celebrated together New 2007 Year! We stayed at a beautiful cottage. The weather was warm; at the same time there was snow on Aypetry Mountain.

On the New Year night I made sure that my parents and their friends are very young in soul. They can have fun more than young people nowadays. We were dancing we had different competitions and they arranged a fancy-dress show. I didn’t know when they found time for preparation but they amazed us. We let off fireworks it was beautiful although it was dangerous.
The 1st of January we spent on travel to Sound Coast of Crimea. We visited Farosky Park and Baydarskaya Valley. The weather was sunny and a magnificent view gave fantastic mood for all year.
On the next day we went to sauna and I swam in the sea it was fabulous feelings. Finally we talked with my lovely sister. And we shared last news in our life. I made sure that Lena is not child, a smart and interesting girl.
During 4 days I was with my family and I was relaxed the most for last 6 month. But I wanted to meet my friends too! I had a lot of meetings; we visited Balaklava and spent a magnificent time in the mountains on Christmas.
When you know that somebody loves you and sometimes it’s more important than words. I’m grateful to God for my lovely family and friends.
