You can call it intuition or GOD feeling or just luck or what ever you want, just name it somehow. But I guess everyone would admit that to have such adviser and reliable one is an adventure. :)
Sometimes I do have it and it's a really strong one and as soon as I don't think about it, don't analyse it, just follow it I do get what I wished (nothing so huge and material, but small, pleasant or something very useful). On a moment I stop and asking my God feelings about something, its gone...
To be aware about your feelings helps to keep balance and feel that everything is on a right place & right time, but to manage that, it's a challenge.
I question myself time to time when I had the powerful moment of my intuition? or was it just games in my mind, which became truth? or something else? just visualisation or dream? so far it turns up that when I meditate and practising concentration, staying relax and calm the sensation is so obviously strong.
Today a couple of small moments reminded me that I can feel much more things behind. It can be scared in some point, you think you know person without knowing him/her, most probably many people have experienced it.
Although I try to look at inner voice as on a good adviser and probably I should let it speak up and listen to it more often.
"Your time is limited, don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinion drown your own inner voice. Everything else is secondary." - Steve Jobs

developing habit of stability
well, a while ago it would be totally strange to think that stability would ever attracts me, but everybody changes :)
I've just arrived from short 3 days meditation course (Vipassana) that time it was absolutely different experience, next post may be will have more about it or unique feeling of getting pleasure from serving. As usually I couldn't write down my thoughts, but the most important ones stayed :)
It feels like I wish a stability. Definitely before it was not time for that, moving from country to county, searching for job, having undefined relationship and starting new life every time in new country/city etc. It was an amazing experience and I have already a lot of stories to share with my grandchildren :) but now it is a time to put everything on an order of stability.
Stability is not necessary boring routine or a luck of craziness or an adventure in life.
what is it? or how does it look like for me?
I would rather compare Stability with fluctuations on a market. Stock during the life always has moments when price remain the same and it's absolutely fine. The less market has volatility and the longer fluctuations then stock is more reliable.
Have to admit that is my comfort zone is to meet new people, to start new job, new relationships, to set new goals etc. Every "new" time it's easy to decide then from now everything will be on a right way (like at school, always start from 1st of September or new semester or new disciple :)
But I wish to get to know other part of me. How to be with the same person more then one year (I guess I already forgot it), how to stay committed to job more then one short term project, how to hang out with the same people for long time.
Talking about people, in some point I even think I don't have friends any more or I have them so many, then none is getting enough of my attention...or with a distance relationship and friendship connections are getting weaker...
so it's clear in my mind that STABILITY is my word for now :) and I'm going to develop habit of stability. Think on a way of stability, have a relationship which are defined, act on a way of stability and create stability around me:)
p.s. truly happy and grateful.

good to remind yourself
Written by a 90 year old .......
This is something we should all read at least once a week!!!!!
Written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio .
"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written . My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important sex organ is the brain.
25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
27. Always choose life.
28. Forgive everyone everything.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30 Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
32. Don't take yourself so seriously No one else does.
33. Believe in miracles.
34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.
35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
37. Your children get only one childhood.
38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.
41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
42. The best is yet to come...
43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
44. Yield.
45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."
Its estimated 93% won't forward this. If you are one of the 7% who will,
forward this with the title '7%'.
I'm in the 7%. Friends are the family that we choose.

admiring
The story of today is about one small girl. As every child she is curious about the life and everything what is happening around her. The house for her now is a whole world, but she knows it's bigger and her feelings push her to follow of the life adventures.
She looks on a map and asking about new places and when she can visit them, she looks on books and wishes to read all of them, she looks on a sky and wants to fly...
She likes rain and sun, she likes winter and summer, she likes any food (hot or cold) she is just happy to be alive and live life. She doesn't have a lot of deep thoughts or prepossessions, she is just simple and curios, is not a generosity? she follows her inner wishes and GOD feelings. She plays, asks, enjoys, laughs, loves, helps and stays happy.

happy grown ups

write it all out so you can move forward
Since January this year I started to write constantly my thoughts. some times everyday, sometimes ones in two or thee days. Now with my crazy life style I do it every Sunday (I don't want to say that I don't like it, I love it, but sometimes it's too much even for me).
I'm too social right now and quite lonely as well. I guess my best friend is my notebook,a couple of year ago I would say it's not me or it's not my style, I guess i've changed a bit :)
my main conclusions about writing for that time are:
* writing positive emotions helps you keep great memories and focus on a good thing, thoughts etc.
* expressing negative emotions, helps you to come over and lets it go, not always since the beginning, but in general it does.
* recently discovered that some simple things make me grateful and I'm happy for that.
* keeping the main goal in front of you. I guess it's very important.
so, going to write my great memories and thoughts :)
in some point I guess I will keep posting some of them :)
